"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6

Our Mission: God has called our family to the mission field. He has given us a vision of hospitality, prayer, training and ministry to help equip and serve those who are out in the "frontline".
Our Calling: Through a friend’s quick mentioning of a ministry in Northern France, our lives have been changed forever. God brought us in contact with the mission organization, World Horizons, who owns a property in France that is a place of prayer, hospitality and ministry. After visiting World Horizons' American office in Richmond, VA, we were convinced that God’s providence had brought us “exactly where we were supposed to be.” As we spent time in prayer, fellowship and seminars during the mission conference in February 2005, God continually spoke to our hearts, “It fits.”
In June 2005, World Horizons officially accepted us as missionaries. In October 2005, we had the privilege to visit Thumeries, France and fellowshipped with the team who have such a passion for France and un-reached nations. We walked through the village and experienced the culture. God had brought us to this very place – a place of prayer, ministry to the local lost and missionary groups reaching the lost in local communities. God seared this work on our hearts – and once again we say, “Here I am, Lord, send me.”
After a year
and a half of preparation and selling our house and many possessions all six
of us boarded a British Airways jet for the UK. We began missionary
training September 2006 in Wales. It was an amazing time of God
showing us His work and passion for people all around the world. We
completed the course at end of May 2007.
Our plans During our
training, the leadership of World Horizons UK asked us to stay on in Wales
to work with the team in Llanelli in hospitality. It was difficult for us to change our original plans of going to France, but
through much prayer and counsel we know once again that God is leading our
steps and we are exactly where He wants us.
We are excited to be working here at the Centre for the Nations. It is giving us the opportunity to have a more global impact in missions by serving those who are on the "frontline". - Mark is working with the center team - his responsibilities are everything from handyman to making visitors feel welcome. Becky is working mainly with the Training Program - working out schedules, liaisoning with the teachers and students and she is also part of the hospitality ministry.
